Ordering Policy - International Shipment

To facilitate International Delivery of our Products outside the United States (and US Possessions), please follow the procedure listed below:

International Online order through our website for orders over $500 involving a credit card other than American Express will not be accepted.

• Download our MS Word International Order form
• Fill out all information on the form and fax to our office at 360-331-4828
• Orders may only be shipped using YOUR UPS or FEDEX account number freight and duty collect.
• We will include 3 copies of the sales invoice on the OUTSIDE of your package for import duty declaration.
• We will verify with UPS or FEDEX the validity of any account number presented.
• Fax or email a signed copy of the document to our offices at 360-331-4828 or james_childers@artemis-usa.com.
• Your order MUST comply with all US Export Regulations and the Import Regulations of your country.
• US State sales tax will NOT be charged on your purchase.

Payment options for International Orders are limited to one of the following:

• Wire Transfer
• American Express - WORLDWIDE - If the sale is over $500.00 US we require a photocopy of your AMEX card front and back, government ID, and signed authorization to charge your account must be faxed to our office at +1-360-331-1072.
• VISA / MC (Canada and EU Countries ONLY) - Photocopy of card front and back, government ID, and signed authorization to charge your account must be faxed to our office at +1-360-331-1072.
• Pre-Payment by US Certified Funds - Mailed to our office at PO Box 403, Freeland, WA 98249. Please send a copy of your order form with payment.

Orders shipped outside the United States do not qualify for return authorization. Items held in customs by receiving country will NOT be reimbursed.

Due to Government Regulations issued by the US State Department some of our products may not be available for International delivery or for delivery to unauthorized individuals. These limitations are listed on the Internet at:

Due to sanctions imposed by the US Government, we will NOT accept ANY orders from countries/organizations listed below:

• Cuba
• Iran
• Libya
• Korea (North)

Due to political instability, potential fraud and other mitigating factors, Biometrics Direct as a policy does not accept ANY orders from the following countries / regions:

• The Continent of Africa (with the exception of Egypt and South Africa)
• Nigeria (Yes, this is in Africa, but we are stating it twice for emphasis)
• Yemen
• Myanmar

Some hardware and software may be restricted by the manufacturer or the US Government to domestic delivery. If this is the case with an item on your order, we will contact you by email detailing the limitations imposed on a particular product in our inventory and offer you the opportunity to purchase a different product or cancel your order.

Warranties
All warranties are those of the original equipment manufacturers (OEM).  Defective products beyond 30 days must be replaced or repaired under the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.  No refund or replacement will be issued beyond 30 days from Biometrics Direct for these products.  Customers must communicate directly with the OEM to have their unit repaired or replaced.   In instances where Biometrics Direct is the manufacturer (BioCert and BioSâf products) we will immediately repair or replace these products under the terms of our one year limited warranty.

Return Policy - RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Non-defective products sold by Artemis Solutions Group are sold on a no-return basis once installed. 

Verified Defective product must be returned to Biometrics Direct for replacement or refund within 10 days of RMA authorization.  To request an RMA, please email rma@biometricsdirect.com within 10 days of making your purchase. 

Non-defective products with an RMA authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee.    In no case will products be returned beyond 30 days of purchase. 

Manufacturers Warranties - Items with warranties provided by the original manufacturer are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual warranties as spelled out in the accompanying materials.
